1 Introduction and Acceptance

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 256bd VIP program has five tiers. Promotion is based on gaming activity and account history.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier benefits may be changed at any time at the discretion of 256bd. Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are final and rest solely with 256bd.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

Slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming activities are available on the 256bd platform. The individual rules of each game apply.

7.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined fairly and impartially
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game will be completed automatically according to pre-set rules
• Any incorrect amounts or results displayed due to a technical error will be considered void
• Using cheating methods or automation tools in any game is strictly prohibited

7.2 Cricket Betting Policy

• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules
• Betting will be settled based on official results

7.3 Dispute Resolution

8 Prohibited Activities

• Playing using third-party funds
• Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

9 Account Suspension and Closure

256bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial activity is detected
• The account has been inactive for an extended period
• At the user's own request

The policy for refunding a valid balance upon account closure will be determined according to applicable rules. Bonus funds may be cancelled.
